The Workaholic. The person who never leaves the office, or steps away from the desk. I have my moments of flow where I could work for days on end, the best part about it though is the cool stuff! There are so many great goodies for the office, whether stationary or mobile. Below you'll find some cool things for the hard workers in your life.
Mastermind Week Pad - Baron Fig - $9
These simple week long memo pads are so great for simple reminders and appointments. Each pad comes with enough sheets for a full year. The minimal style would look great on any desk, and Baron Fig's paper can hold it's own even with a fancy fountain pen.
Essentialism - Greg McKeown - $18
I read this book this past summer and highly recommend it to workaholics. The book has some great reminders about how being a yes man can get you into trouble and how it is key to focus on what's most important. It's easy when in "work mode" to lose sight of the main thing you're working on, Essentialism is a book that can help you get back on track.
Wool Notebook . Classic - Hardgraft - $41
First off, let me say that everything hardgraft makes is beautiful. This notebook is covered in wool. Anyone would look too cool carrying this thing. Every good workaholic needs a nice notebook for all those work ideas.
Santal 26 Candle - Le Labo - $75
I know, $75 for a candle. Just wait, this scent will blow your mind. I wear Santal 33 every day, it's the perfume version of this home scent and it's perfect. Le Labo also labels everything with your name, wher, and when it was made. It's a special gift and worthy of any classy business person's desk.
Kaweco Brass Sport Fountain Pen - Kaweco - $87
I have the plastic version of this exact pen and it's one of my absolute favorites. It's also only $25ish dollars if you're looking for something cheaper. If you're looking for a super classy pen that has some weight to it, and will wear beautifully with age though, this is your pen. Kaweco makes great pens, and in my experience smooth fountain pens that even a beginner can handle with ease. Who doesn't feel super cool writing with a fountain pen? Answer, Nobody.
Blackwing Volumes 1 Year Subscription - Blackwing - $100
Blackwing 602 Pencils are considered by many the absolute best pencil. Smooth but not too smooth led, replaceable erasers for when the current one is too worn down, and they look super fancy with that flat eraser. The volumes subscription gets you four sets of 12 pencils throughout the year as well as a few other bonuses for being a subscriber. These would make a perfect gift for the hardworking artist, architect, designer, or musician in your life.
Slim Work Tote - Bellroy - $189
I have been eyeing this tote for ever since Bellroy released it. It's minimal yet, extremely functional design is exactly what I look for in a bag. The gray fabric and brown leather contrast looks so nice. I have a Bellroy wallet and the quality of their products is spectacular. Busy people generally have tools and gear to carry around, give your busy person this tote so they can carry in style.
Walnut Desk Shelf Bundle - Grovemade - $395
I am pretty obsessed with Grovemade. Their wood, metal, and felt with the minimal aesthetic create products I can't get enough of. The Desk Shelf Bundle is about as good as it gets when it comes to an organized desk. I can't imagine anyone's desk looking better than this, so give somebody a beautiful upgrade to their workspace this year.
MOD TABLET 4 - This is Ground - $435
The Mod Tablet 4 is the latest iteration of This is Ground's ultra functional Mod line. I personally have an older model that I still adore and carry everywhere. The center of the Mod has three magnets that allow you to change your insert, depending on what you need that day. I suggest going with the executive insert, because Workaholic. There are so many places in these Mods for all those small things you need throughout your work day. If your workholics hands and pockets are full of pens, a notebook, wallet, tablet, phone, keys and more then this is a game changer.
